MISSION
The American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) is a national, nonprofit organization focused on substantially increasing the representation of American Indians, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, Pacific Islanders, First Nations and other indigenous peoples of North America in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) studies and careers.

What We Do
Phoenix AISES Scholarship Program
The Phoenix AISES Scholarship program awards college scholarships to Native American, Alaskan Native, and Native Hawaiian full-time college students and high school seniors attending or accepted into an Arizona college and university that meet qualifications who are currently studying a STEM-related major.

Professional Development
As one of the largest AISES professional chapters in the country, we offer resources to help to make the transition from college to career more successful. We offer strong networking opportunities and job posting information for companies looking to hire from our distinguished organization. We also work on bringing innovative and distinguished guest speakers to chapter meetings to learn about exciting developments in STEM. Outreach & Partnerships
We have strong commitment to serving the community in positive ways that exemplify our efforts to do what we can to uplift those around us. Our efforts including outreach to K-12 schools about STEM topics/careers, serving on our scholarship committee, volunteering as judges at STEM fairs or robotic competitions, or mentoring youth and college students.
